"Mark and his team were extremely professional, they explained all the necessary procedures as the work was being carried out, the quality of the work is superb, resulting in a very neat finish. The site was always kept tidy and the scaffolding and skip were quickly removed upon completion of the work. The cost of the work was competitive and considering the quality I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Spencer Roofing and Linings."

"Mark Spencer provided us with an extremely competitive quote. He and his team were extremely tidy and professional. They arrived on time every day and worked solidly taking no breaks. Nothing was too much trouble. He explained everything from the start of the job until the end. The finish is of an extremely high standard and I would definitely recommend him and his company in a heartbeat. A thoroughly nice chap. Professional, courteous and extremely capable. Whether it be a small job or larger, commercial work, Spencer Roofing and Linings are the firm to contact, hands down."

"Mark is very courteous and friendly. He responded to all communications quickly and kept to the appointment to estimate the work. We agreed a date for the work to be completed, which needed to change once, but with no problem. Did a really good job and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was finished. Kept to the price agreed, but also pointed out some other works that could be addressed, but with no pressure to use his services to resolve. Invoice received quickly and all correct and as agreed. I have no reservations in recommending Mark."
